1. Purpose of This Policy
MindKart TV is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and responsible entertainment platform.
This Policy explains the general principles and procedures that may be used to:
- Review content;
- Identify potentially prohibited or unlawful content;
- Respond to complaints and reports;
- Protect copyright and other rights;
- Apply content restrictions where appropriate;
- Address content that violates applicable laws or MindKart TV policies; and

This Policy applies to content made available through MindKart TV, including, where applicable:
- Films;
- Short dramas;
- Videos;
- Images;

- Descriptions;
- Thumbnails;
- Promotional material; and

Where MindKart TV enables users or third parties to submit or provide content, additional rules may apply to such submissions.
At present, MindKart TV's user-upload functionality has not been confirmed as an active feature. Therefore, this Policy does not represent that users currently have a general right to upload content to the platform.

MindKart TV may take action against content that is unlawful, prohibited, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or platform policies.
Depending on the circumstances, content may be reviewed where it appears to:

- Otherwise violate MindKart TV's applicable policies or Terms & Conditions.
4. Adult and 18+ Content
MindKart TV currently does not intentionally offer adult/18+ content.
Content made available through the platform should therefore be presented in accordance with the platform's current content standards and applicable requirements.
If MindKart TV introduces mature or 18+ content in the future, the platform should review and update its:
- Content classification system;
- Age-rating mechanism;
- Content descriptors;
- Access controls;
- Age-verification measures;
- Parental controls; and
- Related policies.
Such changes should be implemented before the relevant content is made available where required by applicable law.
5. Content Classification
MindKart TV may classify content based on factors such as:

8. Review Process
When a report is received, MindKart TV may assess the information and determine whether further review is appropriate.

10. Emergency and Serious Complaints
Where a report indicates a serious risk to users, unlawful activity, significant rights infringement, or another urgent concern, MindKart TV may prioritize the matter for review.
Where legally required or appropriate, MindKart TV may cooperate with relevant authorities.
11. User Accounts and Misuse
Where user accounts are available, MindKart TV may take action against accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Abuse of the platform;
- Repeated violations of applicable policies;

Some content available through MindKart TV may originate from third-party creators, rights holders, licensors, or external platforms.
MindKart TV may review available source, creator, licence, or attribution information when assessing a content-related concern.
Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to that content.

14. False or Abusive Reports
Reports should be submitted in good faith and should contain accurate information to the extent reasonably known by the reporting person.
Knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious reports may be restricted or otherwise handled appropriately.
This provision does not prevent legitimate complaints or good-faith reporting of concerns.
15. Privacy During Moderation
Information provided as part of a content report or moderation process may include personal information.
MindKart TV may use such information to:
- Investigate the report;
- Communicate with the reporting person;
- Verify relevant information;
- Resolve the complaint;
- Maintain records; and
- Comply with applicable legal requirements.

16. Confidentiality of Reports

19. No Guarantee of Immediate Removal
Submitting a content complaint does not automatically require immediate removal of the reported content.
MindKart TV may first review the complaint, relevant evidence, applicable rights, and legal requirements before determining the appropriate action.
Where urgent action is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users or rights holders, MindKart TV may take appropriate interim measures.
