- Licensed or otherwise authorized for use by MindKart TV;
- Provided by or associated with third-party creators or rights holders;
- Made available under an applicable open or Creative Commons licence; or
- Made available through or from an authorized third-party source, where applicable.
MindKart TV does not represent that every item of content available on the platform is owned exclusively by MINDKART E COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED.
The applicable ownership, creator, source, or rights information may be identified through the relevant content information or Film Credits page.
3. Ownership of Third-Party Content
Where content is created or owned by a third party, the copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the relevant creator, copyright owner, or rights holder, subject to the applicable licence or authorization.
Displaying, linking to, embedding, or making such content available through MindKart TV does not by itself transfer ownership of the content to MindKart TV.
Users must respect the rights of the respective copyright owners.
4. MindKart TV-Owned Material
Where MindKart TV owns original material, including its own website materials, branding, logos, original text, graphics, or other proprietary material, such material may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by MindKart TV, users must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from MindKart TV-owned material.
5. Licensed Content
Where MindKart TV makes licensed content available, the relevant content is made available subject to the applicable licence, permission, agreement, or authorization.
The scope of permitted use may depend on:

- Geographic restrictions;
- Distribution rights;
- Streaming or embedding rights;
- Attribution requirements; and
- Other conditions imposed by the rights holder.
MindKart TV does not claim rights beyond the scope of the applicable authorization.
6. Open-Licensed and Creative Commons Content
Some content may be available under Creative Commons or another open licence.
Where applicable, MindKart TV may provide relevant attribution or source information as required by the applicable licence.
Users should independently review the applicable licence before copying, modifying, distributing, or otherwise reusing third-party content.
A Creative Commons or other open licence does not necessarily mean that every use of the content is unrestricted.
7. Film Credits and Source Information
MindKart TV may provide creator, source, licence, or attribution information through its Film Credits page or other content information.
The Film Credits page is intended to help identify the creators, sources, and rights status of relevant content.
Where a work belongs to a third-party creator, MindKart TV does not intend to imply that the creator has transferred ownership of the work to MindKart TV merely because the work is displayed on the platform.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must not use MindKart TV content in a manner that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Unless expressly permitted, users must not:
- Copy or reproduce protected content;
- Download or redistribute content without authorization;

15. Third-Party Platforms and Embedded Content
Where MindKart TV links to, embeds, or otherwise makes third-party content available through external platforms, the relevant content may remain subject to the copyright and terms of the third-party platform and the original rights holder.
Third-party platforms may have their own:
- Copyright procedures;
- Terms of service;
- Privacy policies;
- Content policies; and
- Takedown mechanisms.
Users should review those policies where relevant.
MindKart TV does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because it is linked, embedded, or displayed through the platform.
